Does anyone know where this amazing tongue toy comes from?

Newbie here. This board was suggested as a good bet for toy sources. Tried searching on the obvoius keywords and got no hits.

Although I have to say I am much better with my Tongue than that toy. My tongue has been awarded a Black Belt by many of my Subs in the past.
